Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
